Can't remember if we ever started a thread like this before, but the point is to post an original and remake version of a song and to discuss who did it better. Audio links are cool and just make it more fun, but you can list just the title of song and artist.

so lets go....

Who better to start off with than of course...

Luther Vandross Cool

1) Since I Lost My Baby

Original: Temptations

2) Knocks Me Off My Feet

Original: Stevie Wonder

This one is hard So, I like all versions, but I'll keep with the rules of the Author so I'll say, THE TEMPS on 'Since I Lost My Baby', and LUTHER, on 'Knocks Me Off My Feet'... Wink

I like Mary these days, and Im no vocal coach, but I think she was just all over the place and uncontrollable on it. Sorta like some R&B singers when they sing the Star Spangled Banner; (You could send your kids to college by the time they finish singing)...... Wink
